Purpose
This documentation clarifies and acknowledges the terms and conditions governing cancellations, refund requests, and dispute resolution on the Titans Pet UK platform. It aims to maintain fairness and transparency for all users while protecting the platform's operational integrity.
Scope
This policy applies to the following:
- All registered users of Titans Pet UK, including individuals, breeders, veterinary professionals, and businesses
- All paid services offered by the platform, such as boosted ads, featured listings, and promotional placements
- Disputes arising between users (e.g., buyers and sellers) or between a user and the Titans Pet UK platform
Cancellation Policy
- Free Listings: Users may edit or delete free listings at any time. No cancellation fees apply.
- Paid Boosts & Premium Listings:
- Once activated, paid boosts, featured ads, and premium listings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Cancellation requests submitted before activation may be considered for a refund at Titans Pet UK's sole discretion.
- Users are liable for confirming the precision of ad content before making payment.
- Event Registrations & Sponsored Content:
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking may qualify for a 50% refund.
- Administrative charges may apply.
Refund Policy
- Non-Delivery of Paid Services: A full refund will be issued within seven (7) working days if a Boost Plan fails to activate due to a technical or internal error.
- Duplicate Payments: Additional charges will be refunded upon verification.
- Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions:
- Listing removal.
- Account suspension.
- Reversal of payment where applicable.
- Refunds Not Applicable:
- Listing violates Community Guidelines.
- User fails verification procedures.
- Listing removed due to fraud or false/misleading information.
- Requests made more than 14 days after payment.
Dispute Resolution
- Disputes Between Users:
- Titans Pet UK does not handle user-to-user payments.
- Users should resolve issues using the platform’s messaging tools.
- We may review messages and take action such as suspension, ad removal, or bans if platform policies are breached.
- Disputes Involving Titans Pet UK:
- Report issues within seven (7) days of the incident via email.
- Provide full name, contact number, listing ID or transaction reference, and a description of the issue.
- Screenshots or payment proof are helpful.
- Response time: five to seven (5–7) working days.
Important Notice
All users are expected to read and understand the platform's Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines before placing ads, making payments, or raising disputes. Use of the Titans Pet UK platform constitutes agreement with these policies.
