Advertising & Listings Policy

Applies To: All users, including individuals, breeders, businesses, and veterinary accounts, posting on the Titans Pet UK platform (website, iOS, and Android apps).

Purpose of This Policy

This statement policy specifies the standards for all advertisements and listings submitted to the Titans Pet UK platform. It aims to:

• Ensure compliance with UK laws and animal welfare regulations.
• Promote ethical practices in pet advertising.
• Protect the safety, privacy, and trust of our community.

What Can Be Listed on Titans Pet UK

You are allowed to advertise the following, provided they adhere to category guidelines and verification requirements:

• Pets: For sale, adoption, or rehoming.
• Pet Food & Treats: Sealed, branded, and within their expiry date.
• Pet Accessories: Toys, crates, beds, grooming kits, etc.
• Veterinary Services: Services provided by licensed professionals only.
• Pet Services: Grooming, boarding, dog walking, and training services.
• Pet Events: Shows, meetups, educational campaigns, etc.

General Listing Requirements

• All listings must be submitted by registered and verified users.
• Listings should include accurate, truthful, and complete descriptions of pet animals, accessories, or listed services.
• Real, unaltered images of the pet, product, or service must be used.
• Clearly state the price, location, pet's age, and availability status.
• Listings must be posted in the appropriate category to maintain organization.

Prohibited Listings

The following listings are strictly prohibited and will be removed without prior notice:

• Pets under 8 weeks of age.
• Pets that cannot be viewed with their mother, in compliance with Lucy's Law.
• Wild, exotic, or protected animals that are not allowed to sell in the UK.
• Animals that are bred or kept in inhumane conditions.
• Listings that mislead potential buyers or use stock, fake, or altered photos.
• Ads promote animal fights, hunting, or any harm to animals.
• Duplicate or spam listings by the same user to artificially increase visibility.

Breeder & Business Listings

If you are a breeder or a commercial pet business, you must:

• Provide a valid Breeder License Number.
• Comply with Lucy's Law and all other relevant UK animal welfare regulations.
• Provide health records and proof of vaccinations upon request.
• Specify whether the pet has a pedigree or registration status, where applicable.

Image & Media Guidelines

• Only clear, original images of pets, products, or services should be uploaded.
• Do not use watermarks, stock photos, or graphic filters in your listings.
• If the pet is under 6 months old (for dogs and cats), at least one image must show the pet with its mother.
• Videos must be genuine, relevant to the listing, and no longer than 60 seconds in duration.

Duration & Promotion of Listings

Listings are active for:

• 30 days (standard listings)
• Or according to the selected Boost Plan (7, 14, or 30 days)

• Enhanced visibility in prominent sections of the platform.
• Distribution across social media channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Highlighted styling and priority ranking in search results.
